These terms govern your use of https://keendecorativeconcrete.com, operated by Keen Decorative Concrete LLC. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the site.

They do not govern the work we do for you. That is covered by the written work agreement you sign, which sets out the scope, the price, the payment schedule and the warranty. If anything on this website ever conflicts with your signed agreement, your signed agreement wins.

Nothing on this website is a quote or an offer to contract. Pricing depends on the site, the square footage, access, tear-out, sub-base, finish and materials — which is why we come out and measure. A binding price only exists once we've given you a written, itemized quote and you have accepted it.

Every photo in our gallery is a real Keen job. Concrete is a natural material poured outdoors, so the color, texture and joint layout on your project will not be identical to a photo. Sample boards and color charts are the closest indication, and even those vary.

Statements about timelines (“days, not months”) describe typical residential projects. Weather, concrete supply, permits and inspections can move a schedule, and on the Gulf Coast they sometimes do.

Please don't:

• Submit forms with someone else's contact details, or with information you know is false;
• Scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site beyond normal browsing and standard search indexing;
• Try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or any portal on it;
• Use the site to send spam or anything unlawful.

The text, photographs, logo and design on this site belong to Keen Decorative Concrete LLC or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share links to our pages freely. Please don't copy our job photographs or our written content onto another contractor's website or listing.

When you send us photos or details of your project through a form, by text or by email, you give us permission to use them to prepare your quote and do the work. If we'd like to use photos of your finished project in our gallery or on social media, we'll ask you first — and “no” is a complete answer.

We link to our sister company Kinetic Pools, our review profiles, our financing partner and a few suppliers. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

We are a concrete contractor, not a lender and not a financial adviser. Financing described on this site is offered by third-party lenders who set their own approval criteria, rates and terms. Read their disclosures before accepting an offer. See our financing page.

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is.” We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every detail is current at every moment. To the fullest extent Texas law allows, Keen Decorative Concrete LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website.

Again: this disclaimer is about the website. The workmanship warranty on your project is in your signed work agreement, and we stand behind it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes about the website belong in the state or federal courts serving Nueces County, Texas.
