Why Keen
One honest, fixed price
Itemized and in writing before we start. Materials, timeline, total. The number doesn't move.
Weeks, not months
Our own crew, our own equipment, our own overlay mix. Most patios and decks are done in days.
Local and accountable
Family-owned in Corpus Christi since 2017. BBB A+ Accredited. Fully insured. You can call Jeff.
Built for the Gulf Coast
Rebar-reinforced pours, drainage that handles our storms, sealers that stand up to salt air and sun.
Neighbors' choice
Nextdoor Neighborhood Fave — 5 years running.
Every year from 2021 to 2025, Coastal Bend neighbors voted Keen a Nextdoor Neighborhood Fave for concrete work. That's not an ad — it's people recommending us to the folks next door.

Dig to deck
Our sister company Kinetic Pools installs fiberglass pools. Keen builds the deck around them. Because it's the same family, you get one schedule, one contract and nobody adding a middleman's cut.
- 01
Dig
Kinetic Pools excavates and sets the fiberglass shell — usually in a single day.
- 02
Deck
Keen pours and finishes the deck in-house: knockdown, stamped or stained. No subcontractor, no markup.
- 03
Swim
From first shovel to first swim in weeks, not the months a gunite pool takes.

“I got a very fair estimate from Keen Concrete. The workers showed up on time, tore out my old driveway/sidewalk, poured concrete, and finished the job in the time stated. I love my new sidewalk and driveway! Thank you to Jeff, his staff, and his crew.”

“They have payment plan options with no interest! The guys are super responsive and respectful. They kept me in the loop for progress and made sure all concrete residue was gone before they left the job. They also have really good prices in my opinion!”
