Who we hire
The jobs on our crews.
We keep applications on file even when nothing is posted — crews grow in spring and we hire from the pile.
Concrete Finisher
You can float, edge, trowel and read a slab as it sets. Stamping and stain experience is a plus, not a requirement — we'll teach the decorative side to someone who can finish flatwork properly.
Crew Laborer
Forming, tear-out, grading, rebar, keeping the pour moving and the site clean. This is where most of our finishers started.
Crew Lead
Run a job from form-setting to final sweep: the schedule, the crew, the quality, and the walk-through with the homeowner at the end.
